How To Make Pasta Salad for Lunchboxes
The full recipe with ingredients and measurements is down at the bottom of this post but here’s some step by step photos which you might find useful.

- The night before place leftover pasta from dinner in the fridge.

- In the morning run it under cold water. This un-sticks the pasta.

- Mix with some olive oil, white wine vinegar and a little oregano to flavour.

- Add some chopped veggies, cheese, pepperami or any other additions.
It’s then ready to pop into a lunchbox and send to school with your child.
This lunchbox is the Pick Box Classic which is available to buy from my Pick Plates website. The larger compartment on this lunchbox is the perfect size for a good portion of pasta salad for kids.
