Delicious soft breakfast cookies flavoured with Nutella and made with just five simple ingredients
Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 70g nutella
- 150g oats
- 2 tbsp mixed seeds
- 15g chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180c fan and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Add the bananas, nutella, oats and seeds to a large bowl and mix well.
- If your bananas are not very ripe then mash them first before adding to the bowl.
- Add a large spoonful of the mixture to the baking tray, making 8 mounds in total.
- Use a spoon to push the mixture down and form into a cookie shape.
- Top with the chocolate chips and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before eating.
Notes
These cookies will keep for 2 days in the fridge and can be reheated in the microwave.
They can also be frozen for up to 8 weeks. Defrost at room temperature in a couple of hours and reheat as above.
