Rice Cake Animals! A fun and healthy snack for kids and toddlers made with rice cakes, peanut butter and fruit.

Rice Cake Animals | My Fussy Eater blog

So today I thought I would share another quick and easy snack idea that’s fun and healthy too.

This isn’t really a portable snack and is best made and eaten at home but it doubles up as a great activity for kids.

Let their imaginations run wild creating fun animal faces with fruit!

Just a little disclaimer on the cat face – if you make it with uncooked spaghetti like I did, just watch out when serving it to toddlers and young children!

If you make your own Rice Cake Animals please do let me know what you think. Or tag me in a picture on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. I’d love to see your pictures!

I made something similar the other day. Used yoghurt instead of peanut butter and just made a nice pattern. Might try the faces next week 🙂
Love your blog. I don’t have fussy eaters but we all love healthy food.
